New product packaging and proposed designs for specialty lines of marinades, olive oils and dressings for Filippo Berio.
Packaging design for a new line of specialty olive oil flavors for Filippo Berio. With these design concepts, our intention was to pay homage to the Filippo Berio story and olive groves where each olive is hand selected. The new designs feature an olive tree and hills as a nod to the Italian country side where the groves reside. We also wanted to highlight the Filippo Berio heritage by featuring the iconic Berio signature that is featured on most Berio products in the line. These designs are clean, modern, and premium, and the bold colors stand out on shelf next to the vast array of other olive oil brands.
Proposed premium packaging for line extensions of Filippo Berio’s dressings and marinades. The designs needed to fit within the rest of the line, while still standing out as their own premium category. We used a simplistic, modern approach filled with gold accents, transparency and nods to the tasting notes of each sku.
